I. General Order & Shipping Information

How long does it take to receive my item once I order it?

  • All sales are pre-orders and therefore will have a bit of lead time before it arrives. Please allow 5-7 weeks for arrival from the time that the sale is ended. The quicker an item sells out, the quicker it can be shipped to all customers. Orders placed outside the US may take longer due to more lengthy shipping times. 

Is there anything I can do to expedite the shipment?

  • No, the lead time is required for us to be able to offer this merchandise via pre-order. 

What countries can you ship to?

  • Discogs Merch can be purchased in the US, UK, European Union, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Japan.

Can I track my order?

  • Yes, a tracking number will be provided via the email you provide on your order once the item has shipped.

What happens if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?

Who does Discogs partner with to handle order fulfillment?

  • Discogs works with Swagger, our third party partner, to handle order fulfillment, shipment, and customer support. If you interact with our support, you may connect with a representative working for Swagger. 

II. Products & Inventory

How often do you add new items to the merch shop?

  • We are currently offering a select number of unique, limited edition drops, one artist and product at a time. A new product may be added weekly during this time.

How long will you offer an item for sale if it doesn’t sell out?

  • A product that does not sell out may continue to be offered for sale for up to 2 weeks at which point we will end the sale of that item and begin processing orders. 

The item I want sold out, can I still get it? 

  • These are exclusive, limited runs. Once they sell out, the design will not be reprinted on the product that was sold.

How do you ensure the quality of the merchandise?

  • We work with a knowledgeable vendor to select premium quality products that ensure high quality merchandise is delivered to your door. 

III. Payments & Pricing

Are prices listed in my local currency?

  • Yes, in most regions, you will see prices in a local currency and may pay in that currency. When a local currency is not available, USD will be used. 

Will I be charged sales tax?

  • If tax is applicable in your region, then it will be added to the checkout based on your local tax rate. 

Are there any customs duties or import taxes for orders placed outside the US?

  • If you are outside the US, customs duties or import taxes may be added to your order depending on local policies in your region. 

IV. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

What is your return and refund policy?

  • Due to the nature of limited edition merchandise, returns and refunds are limited. Please see our Return and Refund Policy for more information. If you think your item qualifies, please reach out to us via the contact page.

How long does it take to process a refund?

  • About 3-5 business days once the refund is approved. 

Can I cancel an order after it's been placed?

  • While the pre-order item is still for sale, you may cancel your order. Once the item is no longer available for sale, your order cannot be cancelled. Please see our Return and Refund Policy for more information. 

V. Account & Technical Support

Do I need a Discogs account to make a purchase?

  • You do not need a Discogs account. It is also not required to create a Discogs Merch Shop account. However, you may want to create a Merch Shop account to better track your order. 

Is the merch shop part of the Discogs Marketplace?

  • No, the merch shop is separate from our marketplace and only offers products selected and sold by Discogs. 

How can I update my shipping address or contact information after my order is placed?

  • You cannot make this update once an order is placed. 

I'm having trouble with my order, who do I contact?

How can I provide feedback about merch ideas that I’d like to see?

  • We’d love to hear your ideas, whether it’s something you’d like to buy or you’re a vendor with an idea for a collaboration that you think the Discogs community would love to see. Please reach out to us via the contact page.

How does the merch shop support the music community? 

  • Our merch shop is a great way for Discogs to support creative people that are part of our community. With each limited edition artist collaboration, Discogs shares a significant portion of revenue with the artist.
