Discogs Merch Shop Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for your purchase from the Discogs Merch Shop. We aim to provide high-quality, exclusive items that celebrate your passion for music. Please review our policy regarding cancellations and returns:
1. Pre-Order Cancellations

For pre-order sales, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund so long as the item is still available for sale. Once the item is no longer available for sale, your order cannot be cancelled.

To request a pre-order cancellation, please reach out to us via the contact page within this specified timeframe. If cancelled within this period, your order will not be fulfilled.
2. Final Sale Policy

Due to the limited edition and exclusive nature of our merchandise, all sales are final once the pre-order cancellation period has passed. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for reasons other than damaged or lost goods once this cancellation window has closed.

Exception for European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Damaged or Lost Goods

In the unfortunate event that your product arrives damaged or you do not receive it, we will provide a full refund. Please note that we cannot make exchanges on limited edition merchandise.

To be eligible for a refund due to damage, you must provide photographic proof of the damage by sending clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging to [email protected].

All claims for damaged goods must be submitted within thirty (30) days from the date you received your product. Claims submitted after this 30-day period will not be eligible for a refund.

If your item qualifies for a return, we will provide you a return address label. You will not be responsible for return shipment payment if the return is due to damage. All other returns will require you to pay for the cost of the return shipment.
4. No Refunds After 30 Days

Please note that no refunds will be given for any reason after 30 days from the time you received your product, regardless of the condition.
5. Discogs 3rd Party Partner for Order Cancellation, Return, and Refund Processing

All cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled by our fulfillment partner Swagger. As such, during the course of processing a return, you may interact with a representative who will identify themselves as working for Swagger.
